ABOUT SASHA
I'm Sasha Conlan - a strategic advisor and ICF-certified executive coach based in Singapore.Before working in this role, I spent 14 years as a commercial lawyer in London & then the next 15 years building two businesses in Asia from the ground up: a multi-million dollar e-commerce and fulfilment operation in Singapore, which I grew and exited in 2023 and a health drinks business in Indonesia, which I exited in 2025.I work with founders and leaders who want to think more clearly, build more confidently and make better decisions - whether that means scaling, getting more breathing room, getting that promotion or eventually selling a business. My approach blends hands-on consulting with coaching: I ask the right questions, but I also know what good looks like from the inside.
